I was invited to make a live concert on the program FORM STRUKTUR KONZERT by performance artist Joshua Hendrix Ende in the independent radio station FSK in Hamburg.

I was performing live on various synthetic or organic instruments and objects, which make vibrating/oscillating sounds: Two home-made sine-wave oscilators, two water-proof vibration-motors, my Roland SH101 analogue synth (which is technically not mine, since it belongs to Andrew, but I have been playing it for aprox. 7 years now) mixed with field recordings of cicakas in Slovenia and the rhythmical steps of human beings walking in Tanzania.

After the concert I had a small chat with the host on the need of failure in music, performance and life, improvisation, danger and guillotines and the tension between the artificial and the natural.

Apart from Joshua and I there were two young women present in studio 3 during the concert.

Es geht um böse Improvisation und schlaue Sprüche. Wir dürfen feiern, aber nicht abfeiern. Die Gäste der jeweiligen Ausgabe werden kurzfristig auf dem FSK Blog bekannt gegeben. Es handelt sich also um experiementelle Live-Konzerte zwischen Form, Inhalt, Gebäude, Baugerüst und Guillotine. Ihr könnt auch gern im Studio dabei sein." xende@riseup.net m8kruch.de
